Micro-Membrane Systems provide independent expert advice on membrane system operation and contract services in membrane cleaning. Although our main focus is reverse osmosis chemical cleaning, we provide specialist technical support for the whole spectrum of membrane applications in water treatment, water recycling and effluent treatment from concept design through to system commissioning.
It is difficult to keep membrane plant free of fouling and inefficient control or pre-treatment regimes don¡¯t help. We work with clients to provide the best technical solution to membrane fouling and other operational problems and in doing so help them to realise the maximum working life from their membranes.
We operate a membrane cleaning and test centre located in Bristol. This centre is equipped with an intensive cleaning system for 8¡± spirally wound membranes, a rig for membrane element performance testing, flat sheet membrane flux testing rigs, microfiltration test equipment, and comprehensive analytical services.
